A Wrapped Read is our carefully curated "blind date with a book" experience, perfect for anyone who loves a good literary mystery. We rescue new or like-new books and wrap them beautifully using kraft paper, Washi tape & elegant ribbon. To make unboxing a true gift, we tuck cozy, thematic, and context-relevant surprises within the folds. We also offer Wrapped Read Series bundles and minimalist Pocketbooks. 

Yes! We clearly list the specific genre and vibe of every Wrapped Read in the product description, so you can confidently choose your next adventure. The exact title stays a closely guarded secret until you unwrap it, but you’ll always know the mood of the story waiting inside. 

All Wrapped Reads are final sale—the magic is in the mystery! To ensure you always feel delighted and get your money’s worth regardless of the title, we intentionally adorn the outside of the book with beautiful, hand-picked goodies that elevate the entire unboxing experience. 

Every piece of wood in our Grain & Grove collection has a story. We use authentic, reclaimed barn wood sourced directly from rural family farms right here in Central Alberta. We lovingly repurpose this weathered wood to bring high-quality, rustic warmth into your home.

Our Baby Cupcakes are the sweetest way to welcome a little one! Each "cupcake" is actually a rolled infant onesie and a pair of cozy infant socks, styled to look like a fresh bakery treat. It’s a creative and entirely practical gift for new parents.

• Safety Note: Please ensure all decorative items, pins, and bands used for styling are fully removed before dressing your baby.

Absolutely! All of our Willow & Twine pieces—from our charming woven owls to our bookmarks and bag charms—are meticulously hand-crafted using beautiful, high-quality organic cotton cord. 

Our Pours & More collection features vibrant, handcrafted spoon rests, coasters, trivets & more. Each piece is brought to life using a fluid poured-paint technique over tile, sealed with a brilliant, highly durable epoxy resin, and finished with a protective cork bottom so your furniture stays scratch-free.

• Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. While durable, these pieces are not dishwasher or microwave safe, and should not be submerged in water.

For our signature Diaper Cakes, we exclusively use trusted Pampers Swaddlers in size 1 to give growing babies the best fit.

• Please note: Actual diapers are only included in our full Diaper Cakes, while our Baby Bundles and Baby Cupcakes are crafted strictly with infant clothing

• Please note: with all custom requests we require a 50% upfront deposit, with the final balance due when your masterpiece is ready. We typically respond to custom inquiries within 24-48 hours. Reach out through our Contact Us Page.

Because our custom commissions are tailored to your exact personal story and specifications, they cannot be returned or restocked. For this reason, bespoke creations are completely final sale, and the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if the creation is ultimately refused.

We securely accept all major credit cards and standard digital payment methods directly through our online shop. Your payment information and privacy are our top priority; all transactions are encrypted through our GoDaddy hosting platform, and we never sell or share your personal data. If a standard item is listed in our shop, it is already crafted and ready to head home with you! Standard inventory processes for shipping or pickup within 3-5 business days. For custom bespoke commissions, please allow 5-10 business days for us to dedicate the time and care required to design and create your piece. Add an answer to this item.

We love connecting with our local community! We offer free local pickup, as well as a convenient $5 flat-rate delivery for homes within 50 kilometers of Red Deer center. Simply choose your preferred option at checkout.  

We Currently only ship domestically from coast to coast using Canada Post flat-rate boxes. We love sharing our heart with homes across the country, and flat-rate shipping ensures your costs are always predictable and secure & insured.

• Missing Packages: In the rare event that a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will work closely with Canada Post to track it down and ensure a resolution. Review our Shipping Policy Here.

In order to guarantee quality and integrity during the delivery process, some offerings are restricted to pickup only. The products that currently eligible to be shipped are: books from the Secret Shelf collection, Cupcake & smaller creations from Tiny Treasures, Our Pours & More, Willow & Twine, as well as our Grain & Grove Collection.
