2. General Conditions & Processing
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
- Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. Our Handmade Products Our products from our five collections—'The Secret Shelf', 'Grain & Grove', 'Pours & More', 'Tiny Treasures', and 'Willow & Twine'—are crafted start to finish by hand.
- As a result, there may be slight variations in color, design, and materials compared to the photographs on our Site or promotional materials.
- All products are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
- We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
4. Pricing & Secure Payments
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- We accept major credit cards through our secure online website and payment processor, GoDaddy.
- We utilize Square point-of-sale terminals to securely process physical market and in-person transactions.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us, whether online or in person, at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping, Local Delivery, & Market Sales
- We fulfill and ship orders across Canada.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the appropriate Canada Post flat rate shipping container required to safely transport your item.
- Delivery times are subject to Canada Post carrier schedules and potential delays outside of our control.
- We are pleased to offer free local delivery for orders placed within Red Deer, Alberta.
- For items purchased directly at a physical market booth, ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to you at the point of sale.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our gifts, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- We only accept exchanges for items purchased in person at a market event, subject to strict conditions.
- An exchange will only be authorized if the request is made directly at our booth before the buyer has walked away, and the product must be completely unopened and unaltered in any manner.
- Once the buyer leaves the immediate vicinity of our booth, the sale is entirely final and ineligible for exchange.
7. Safety Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Our products from our five collections—'The Secret Shelf', 'Grain & Grove', 'Pours & More', 'Tiny Treasures', and 'Thread & Twine'—are intended for decorative use and gifting.
- They may contain small parts, pins, ribbons, or packaging materials that could pose a choking hazard.
- These items are not intended for unsupervised play by infants or children.
- All products must be entirely disassembled, and all non-useable structural materials must be discarded before giving any usable items (such as diapers or blankets) to a baby.
- In no case shall The Crafty Hearts, our owner, partners, directors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured from us.
8. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
- All designs, photographs, branding, and content on the Site and at our physical vendor booths are the intellectual property of The Crafty Hearts.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or services without express written permission from us.
- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
