Because our items are handcrafted with care, we want to ensure they reach you safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping methods, free local delivery options, and order processing times.
1. Order Processing Times
- Handmade with Care: Because many of our gifts are made-to-order or require careful packaging to prevent damage during transit, please allow 5–10 business days for us to process, pack, and prepare your order before it is shipped or delivered.
- Custom Orders: Processing times for custom or large collaborative requests will be discussed and agreed upon individually at the time of your order.
2. Shipping Across Canada
- Flat Rate Pricing: To keep shipping straightforward and transparent, our shipping costs are calculated based on the appropriate Canada Post Flat Rate Box required to safely hold your order Item(s) this means that The correct size & cost of flat rate box based on order dimensions will be calculated at checkout.
- Tracking & Delivery Times: All Canada Post flat rate shipments come with tracking and liability insurance. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada, but generally range from 2 to 7 business days once handed over to the carrier.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delivery schedules are subject to Canada Post carrier volumes and unforeseen delays outside of our control.
- Flat Rate Shipping box: In the event your shipping destination is greater than 50Km away from Red Deer, it will be constrained to a Flat Rate Shipping box.
- Free Shipping: Spend $125 CAD and unlock FREE Canada-wide shipping!
3. Local Delivery (Red Deer, AB) We are delighted to offer Free Local Delivery to our neighbors right here within the city limits of Red Deer, Alberta!.
- Eligibility: If your delivery address is within the city limits of Red Deer, you will see the option for "Free Local pickup" at checkout.
- Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are typically made on specific arranged days. Once your order is processed, we will send you an email or text message to coordinate a convenient drop-off time.
- Contactless Drop-off: For your safety and convenience, we can accommodate contactless porch drop-offs upon request.
- A $5 surcharge: will be added to all delivery requests within 50Km of Red Deer Alberta. Any Delivery Request from greater than 50Km away from Red Deer will need to refer to Section 2. Shipping Across Canada to proceed with Delivery.
4. In-Person Sales
- For items purchased directly at our physical vendor booths, ownership and physical responsibility for the item transfer to you at the point of sale.
- Shipping or delivery charges do not apply to items taken directly from our market booth or if online product is arranged for pickup.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments We take great care in reinforcing our packaging, but if your shipped order arrives damaged, please document it immediately.
- Reporting Damage: Please contact us at our business email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Documentation: Include your order number, clear photos of the Shipping label & the damaged product, and photos of the external shipping box so that we can file a claim with Canada Post.
